Quality Texas Foundation 

The Quality Texas Foundation is an association of businesses in the state of Texas that pursue world-class performance through Baldridge-based quality methods and processes.

Quality Texas communicates with it's very active membership by keeping their website (www.texas-quality.org) absolutely up to date with activities, seminars, training and quality assessment schedules.  Managers now update the website directly using the TeamPortals' Content Management solution.  They no longer have to wait for a webmaster to make updates, and they can correct any errors immediately.

A monthly newsletter is also crucial to keeping membership informed.  The newsletter is drafted and sent using the TeamPortals' newsletter and mailing list applications. 

Working groups collaborate, share files and schedules, and communicate with group members using email templates. 

Quality Texas offers workshops and training courses using TeamPortals' online Event Registration system.  It captures and processes credit card payments and provides the event planner with a complete registration list of attendees and activities.
