Nexus Energy software is used by large power companies worldwide.
Nexus uses the TeamPortals system to provide secure access to monthly
files and reports for each customer.
A workspace is created for each major customer. The workspace
is secured to the customer's user accounts and internal customer
service representatives. No customer can see any other customer's
data.
Each workspace is branded for the client with the client's logo or
masthead graphic.
Nexus customers enjoy access to information on demand. An added
benefit is that Nexus' costs are reduced by providing electronic
information rather than hard copy or fax reports.

Interactive Advantage offers a collaboration workspace for major clients.
The workspace is used to exchange work samples and work products with the
client, and to obtain final approval.
Each workspace can be accessed only by the client and the Interactive
Advantage project team.
Because the work product often involves very large files, both parties
benefit by storing the files on a secure Internet workspace and referencing
them in email messages with a hyperlink - instead of clogging up email and
risking failed email delivery when files are sent as email attachments. |
